Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026. Using GymZip means agreeing to these terms.
What GymZip is
GymZip generates training plans and records the sessions you log. It is a fitness tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or rehabilitate anything.
Train sensibly
You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is safe for you on the day. Starting loads are deliberately conservative, but they are a suggestion, not a prescription. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or are returning from either, speak to a qualified professional before following any plan. Stop if something hurts.
Your account
- You need a valid email address and must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Do not use GymZip to break the law, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans and payment
Free accounts can generate a limited number of plans each month. Paid plans raise that allowance and unlock history and export. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Creem, our merchant of record, and renew until cancelled. See refunds.
Generated content
Plans are produced by a language model against a fixed exercise library and validated before you see them. They can still be wrong or ill-suited to you. Treat a generated plan as a starting point you are free to change or ignore.
Availability
We aim to keep GymZip running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, you will have reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GymZip is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
